One of the traditions from America that I really miss is making pizza with my dad every year. Every year we would make our own pizza from scratch and watch the Superbowl together. Now, making pizza is really fun, but it also took a really long time. The part that took the longest was the dough. We had to buy the yeast and make it from scratch. And you have to let it rise twice, which takes a couple of hours. So that took the longest, but, uh, we also made the sauce from tomatoes and we added our own spices, and that was really good. And we bought a huge block of mozzarella cheese and grated that up. And then at the end we put it all together and picked our favorite toppings. And of course I also had anchovies, but no one else seemed to like those. But the pizzas we made were really good, and I hope to make pizza again sometime.
