subject + have been + adjective
주어 + have been + 형용사
I have been tired.
(lately) i was tired + i am tired + i might be tired in the future
Sarah's (Sarah has) been sick.

subject + have been + verb-ing
주어 + have been + 동사
I have been eating too much.
(lately) I was eating too much, I am eating too much, I might continue eating too much
They've been fighting a lot.
