“Chips and salsa" is so good! Yesterday I talked about "chips and guacamole" and I mentioned then that "chips and salsa" is also really popular at Mexican restaurants. Well, when I was a kid, the Mexican restaurant that was close to my house had really good "chips and salsa". And this is true of most Mexican restaurants, but "chips and salsa" is usually free and all-you-can-eat. It's kind of like bread at other restaurants. So I would go to this Mexican restaurant and they would bring out a huge basket of chips and this really delicious salsa. And you'd be eating it while waiting for your food, and you'd eat so much of it, that by the time the food actually got to your table, you'd be so full of "chips and salsa" that you'd barely have any room left for your actual entrée. But still, it's a really fun part of going to a Mexican restaurant.
