Tried something a little different this time for dessert. A nice

fresh chocolate chip cookie on the bottom, some Neapolitan ice cream (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry), another chocolate chip cookie on top to make a sandwich. then some whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top, and some double chocolate fudge syrup drizzled over the top.
