American Expression Post
In America, we sometimes use the expression

“We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it”. This expression means “we will think about that when we need to or when it comes up.” We use this expression when a problem or question is brought up that we don’t want to or feel like dealing with at the moment. This expression is used commonly but it’s not casual or “street” slang. It could be used in casual or formal situations.
Example Sentences:
“We still need to fix this, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.”

“We will need to fix the computer soon, it’s getting old.” “Yeah, but I have a lot of stuff to do, so we can just cross that bridge when we get to it.”

“We need to talk about this problem, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.”

Hope that this helps you :) Also, sorry if I haven’t responded to your private message, I’ve been busy and I’ve gotten a lot of them😅😅 but I will try my best to respond☺️

@이민재 kind of. The sentence structure is correct, but usually it’s something we don’t want to do or don’t want to solve at the time. We don’t usually use it when it’s a positive thing, such as hanging out
