25 years old when running helped me to change my life...focusing on improving 1 mile led me to changing bad habits and creating good ones.It’s not always easy but as long as you continue to keep it in mind then you still have a chance. And as long as you keep focused, you will succeed.
Here I am 21 in the 1st one , 25 in the 2nd, and 27 in the 3rd years old....I went from a none runner to being 1st place in a 1/2 marathon and being able to complete a full marathon. With my longest run being 30miles
