This is one of my favourite Chinese songs.
这是我最喜欢的中文歌。

This is a song with a very deep story that JJ Lin wrote for his friend that passed away on a plane crash (空难). The circumstances surrounding the plane crash are highly unfortunate - it was the result of pilot suicide (飞行员自杀). This friend wasn't just any old friend, but a girl who supposedly had a pretty deep crush on him. During the post crash investigation, a photo of JJ Lin was found with her. It turned out that she always carried a photo of him with her.

Mental health (神经健康) is important. Just because it's not visible, it doesn't mean it's any less important than your physical health. Look after yourselves. Seek help if you're feeling down. It's ok to be depressed. There's always light at the end of the tunnel.
