Second attempt at gyōza 🥟 (and a couple of buns) these ones turned

out a little dry... does anyone have any tips for this?
I used carrots, onion, leek and soy meat for the filling ✨

    If you substitute slice radish for gyoza skin you may avoid turning out a dry. That’s delicious 😋
