Made carbonara again. It's always one of my favorite dishes
to eat. In the Philippines, it's easier to make because they sell real bacon. I prefer using spaghetti but the island ran out so I had to use penne. Another good choice of pasta to use is farfalle.Word of advice if you try to follow the recipe (first picture), make sure you don't stir in the egg mixture when the pot and pasta are really hot. You don't want to cook most of the mix as it's the main mixture.
