Today I made some smoked barbecue chicken
again 今回違うウッドチップを使ったので、弱くて甘い味がかけた
This time I used some different woodchips, so the flavor was slightly sweet
前に作った時よりもっと上手くて出来たので嬉しくなった
Compared to last time I did a better job, so I was happy with myself
ちなみに、バーベキューの煙のせいで私の喉はちょっと痛くてなったそう
By the way, it seems my throat has started to hurt due to too much barbecue smoke
たぶん木炭バーベキューをすることを休まないといけない
Maybe I must take a break from charcoal barbecuing for awhile
