    写経みたいに凄い頑張りましたね 昔ベトナムは漢字を使ってたと聞きますが、今現在のベトナム人だと漢字はどれくらいの割合の人が分かる感じですか？

    @Naoki Irie we stopped using Chinese characters and chữ Nôm (based on Chinese characters) in the early half of the 20th century.. so only Vietnamese historical literature scholars and few people study it nowadays. However, we still use Sino-Vietnamese vocabulary, which is a layer of words and morphemes of the Vietnamese language borrowed from Literary Chinese with consistent pronunciations based on Annamese Middle Chinese. They comprise about a third of the Vietnamese lexicons, and may account for as much as 60% of the vocabulary used in formal texts. About 80% of Vietnamese people have the Sino-Vietnamese names. *thank you btw🙏🏼🤧
