Cooked Tom Kha Gai (Thai food) for the first time without my

mom's help 😂 My mom is one of the best cooks when it comes to Thai food. I've been learning a lot more Thai dishes since coming home in May. This is one of my favorite dishes and I'm glad that I can cook it almost as good as her now.

My mom told me that I'm a better cook than her now, but I told her that I have always been a better cook because she only knows how to make Thai food 😂
