In Ecuador the recommendations are: No alcohol for 15 days! 😂 I got my 1st shot 15 days ago, and after the 7th day I drank 3 tequilas shots, another day I drank 2 glass of wine, and more tequila shots, but always in small qtys! So, wait for these 3 days, then drink one or two glass of wine or whatever you want but in small qtys! Be strong, you can do it! 💪🏻
