Hundreds of people

have already died due to the excessive heat and now wildfires have erupted, including one forcing the evacuation of Lytton, where the highest ever temperature in Canada has just been recorded. Look at this heat map!

My thoughts are with all the people affected. The situation is truly unprecedented.
