to observe through the window while working. Yesterday, I got a visitor. It's a Stellar's Jay. A pretty large and inquisitive bird, it's a common sight in the mountains, but I rarely see it right here. It's not that easy to photograph because it likes to move around so much.

I was able to get a few shots through the window and then I moved outside. I didn't have the best position, but I still came away with something before it flew off.

We got a big downpour in the morning today, but there is actually the sun trying to break through the clouds now. I may be able to get outside for a bit tonight...
