I'd like to tell a funny story that came up to my mind when i saw you dish. One day my female friend cooked rice of white and black colours (here in Russia we usually cook white rice) for her husband for dinner and she left for work. Her husband thought that the black rices in the dish were the mouse's 💩 and started to pick them out of the dish🤣 It was really funny to listen to this story.

I have never heard of wild rice before. Are both the black and white grains in your dish wild rice? The grains look much longer than what I usually have.
