Today I decided to cook tacos 🌮.
Here in the the US we call

it Taco Tuesday.
It’s a custom in many US cities of going out to eat tacos or just making your own tacos. I decided to make my own and stay home. Tacos originated in Mexico but are extremely popular in the US today. I prepared some “tacos al pastor “ it’s pork marinated in a red sauce. The process of making authentic Mexican “tacos al pastor” is different but here I’m just doing the easy at home version.
