アメリカの半分(西部、カリフォルニアとか)とカナダ全国では、/ɔ/の音が消えてしまっています。その代わりに/a/だけ使って、dogとかfatherと韻を踏んで、ドグよりダグに近いです。構わなきゃいけない音が一個少なくなって楽になるかもしれません

@Jason F Thank you for the good information. I wish they will be reduce more. もっと減らしてくれても構いません。例えば、Manhattan’s“ttan” is a unique technique of the throat that cannot be expressed by phonetic symbols or sounds.
