I made (sort of) samgyetan!
I used some Chinese herbal medicine ingredients.
I was surprised at how good it turned out!
Next time I’d like to make it with proper Korean style ingredients, although... ginseng is super expensive...
But it’s so good!

This recipe really suits the good quality chicken you can find in the U.K.
