body 🤣1キロも痩せられなくて、本当に言い訳がないです😔That’s why I started working out regularly and limit myself to one meal per day! I did it today and am feeling good to have a good start! 毎日1万歩も歩いてるから、どうやって代謝が悪くても1、2キロくらいは減らせるよね!(多分)昔の体型に戻る!
