Good work is the first one. Second one is having trouble.

Unfortunately there is no direct translation for either word. My coworkers and I were talking about untranslatable words like this last night. The meaning of both words change in English depending on how/when you use them. (English is very contextual)

@Kaydee 〉there is no direct translation for either word. I know. It's untranslatable like Yorosiku Onegaishimasu. So, Do you know when to say these phrases?

@HorigutiSamurai yes I know when to say them, but, for example just お疲れ様です can mean. Good job. Keep working hard. Thank you for your hard work today. Thank you for working hard. Thank you for staying (at work) late. I'm sorry to leave early/earlier than you. Etc.
