    Avocado 🥑 is a mysterious food. It’s called a fruit, but it isn’t sweet. And we cook & eat it as a vegetable.

    @hiro0821 it very sweet and creamy! In my mexican cooking I use it often for savory flavor with salt and spices, but it cooks down well with sugar and milk and other sweet ingredients.
