First time trying this style of cold noodle! DELICIOUS!!! The

sauce is a sweet sesame vinegarette with mustard to cut the sweet and sour. I must buy more. What else can you add to the noodle? I'm thinking of trying it with sliced cucumber, picked radish and thinly sliced lettuce/cabbage for crunch. Any recommendations?
