After a few days, made the first two bowls of shoyu ramen. My

friend told me it tasted like the ramen that he used to get in Japan. So proud of my ramen skills 🤣 I had to rearrange my first floor to deal with my chashu because I don't have my blow torch.

I made enough broth and chashu for at least 20 bowls of ramen 😂
