say: workout or exercise but workout is more commonly (and casually used). What's the best word in your language to express exercise or workout? How do you say "I had a workout"?

Puedes decir "hice ejercicio". Si practicas algún deporte o vas al gimnasio, puedes utilizar el verbo entrenar: "estoy entrenando", "entrené", "entrenaré".
