Morning bike ride 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️😛

My fitness was better today. So

cold, but It was nice in the sun when it came out.⛅☀️
We rode to a spot called Bald Hill, often the weather is cloudy and the coast is hidden from view but today we had a great picture of the surf and coast. 🌊

On the way back we stopped to refuel at the coffee shop in Sylvania. 🍰☕☕Craig shouted me and thanked me for joining in on his ride 😄😄. It was a great ride to start the day.

@acco yes! It was a nice time 😊😉 Cycling is a great social sport so I chat with Craig (my friend)🙎‍♂️ most of the way. We have an amazing time in the park and seeing nature. 🏞️🐦🌴🌲
