This

is a question that I like to include when I'm meeting new people.

I feel that all too often, people (especially men in their 30s and 40s) tend to wrap their entire identity around their job. It's not wrong, but what people do for a living has always been secondary for me as far as things that actually make me think more highly of them.

That glint in their eyes when people speak about the things that truly matter to them is when you see them at their best, at their most passionate.

I feel that modern conversation tends to discourage that, so I wanted to create a space where we can talk about these things.
