Saving Posts As Favorites
Every day, you can find great learning tips and cultural posts in HelloTalk’s Moments section. But when you find a very useful moment, it is important to know how to save it in your favorites so you can study it or review it later.
When you find a post you really like and want to save it, click on the three dots in the lower right corner of the post to bring up a menu. On this menu (pic 1) you will see some different options:
Share
Save to Favorites
Upvote to Feature
Report
“Share” (pic 2) lets you share and send this moment. You can share it on other apps like FB, Twitter or IG, or you can send it directly to a chat with one of your friends in HelloTalk( pic 3). HelloTalk is an app designed for users to help each other learn. So, it’s very useful and helpful to the community if you share the best posts you find with others whom are also trying to learn. Help them!☺Share great posts! 😉
“Save to Favorites” (pic 4) lets you save this moment to your favorites section located on your profile screen (pic 5). In your favorites section, you will find any moments or messages you thought were useful to save for later study and review.
“Upvote to Feature” (pic 6) is a great way to help the HelloTalk community. If you find a post that is really great, or helpful, select “Upvote to Feature”. This will tell HelloTalk to feature this post to the global community. This is the best way to make sure that the most useful and interesting posts are seen by the most number of HelloTalk users. If a user really spent some time making a great post, then reward them by selecting “Upvote to Feature”! ☺
Finally, if you see a post that is inappropriate for HelloTalk (rude language, nudity, vulgarity, etc) hit “Report” (pic 7). This will tell the HelloTalk team to review the post to see if it should be removed. Let’s help out by reporting any posts that are not conducive to a good learning environment. 😌😊
