I planned food for a Christmas lunch and the food was very tasty
. My daughter wanted short ribs, which I broiled in the oven as I didn't feel like trying to BBQ with the snow and my son wanted dry age steak.I used a French reverse sear on the steaks, seasoned with garlic, pepper, salt and a little Cajun spice. in the pan I used butter and rosemary cooking to a rare state at 2 minutes per side.
Both kids wanted tater tots (potatoes) to go with the meat so we had them as well.
As I write this message to you the last embers of the fire are dying out and the Christmas music is playing. My stomach is filled and my heart is full.
