These
same prepositions can be used when talking about Place. Prepositions of place: At, on, in
At: can be used to talk about specific addresses.
Examples:
- She lives at 135 Appleseed street.
- The family lives at 121 Flower avenue.
On: can be used when talking about the names of streets and avenues.
Examples:
- She lives on Appleseed street.
- The family lives on Flower avenue.
In: can be used when talking about the names of land-areas (towns, counties, states, countries, and continents)
Examples:
- She lives in New York.
- She lives in Chicago.
- The family stays in Texas when they go on vacation.
- In Europe there are many beautiful cities.
