Have you tried fermented black garlic? I ate it for the first

time recently. It has a glutinous texture and mild sweet taste. And black garlic has 10 health benefits. ✨👍

We made Peruvian chicken. My daughter made shrimp scampi. Both dishes were savory and delicious.😍

    @.. I highly recommend Peruvian foods. 👍 Yeah, I was in the kitchen when she made her dish.. lots of butter, garlic and olive oil, very high fat dish. 😅

    @Beth Yeah! I love all that. Dishes with fresh, rich ingredients, but with high fat contents too. 😂 Not for everyday consumption, but it tastes absolutely amazing. 🤩

    @BRB Peruvian chicken was juicy, most flavorful, succulent chicken. 🥰 Shrimp scampi was delicious but very high in fat. 😅 Adding chili sauce to black garlic sounds delicious, I will try it. 👍

    Hi, Beth! Both dishes look delicious. 🍝😋 What's Peruvian chicken? I have never tried black garlic. It's funny how food labels have become similar to drug labels over the last couple of decades. It seems that the only thing black garlic cannot do is cure the coronavirus. :)

    Hmm. I don’t know. I like cooked garlic and I like fresh even when on poached chicken (sliced green onion and garlic with hot oil poured over to make the dipping sauce).

    @Daisuke Hi there! We eat garlic in Greece too for this reason, but we just have the regular white type. And we don't ferment it. I'll try to find fermented black garlic online and give it a try.

    @Νίκος We bought Aji Amarillo paste from Amazon. Yes, it’s very easy to make and so delicious. We also made cilantro jalapeño sauce to go with the chicken, however it’s not necessary. If you decide to make the sauce, it also goes well with the vegetables. kaló fagitó 😋🎶🎵
