Hi guys. Today let’s see few words regarding moon along with

an example.

📕Crescent 🌙- a curved structure or shape with two narrow ends. If a moon becomes crescent, it becomes curved with narrow ends at both the sides.

📗Wax - if a moon waxes, it’s size appears to decrease in crescent shape.

📘Wane - If a moon wanes, it’s size appears to increase in crescent shape to full circular shape.

”Just because a moon is in crescent shape, it doesn’t mean it’s waning; it can also mean it is waxing”
