It is a beer and pizza kind of night.
I was able to get one
of my favorite types of pizza called the Edgar Allan Poe. This is topped with mushrooms, tomato, kalamata olives, whole roasted garlic cloves, and three kinds of cheese -- an elegant blend of mozzarella and fontina, as well as crumbles of fresh goat cheese. The other half of the pizza, I don’t know what type the other half is because it is a random creation of my brothers.
