Yen Bar and Restaurant on 31st floor of W Hotel Taipei. Had roast

duck for CNY dinner along with a complimentary cocktail (for hotel guests they do an unlimited cocktails from 5-7 pm). Not a trivial benefit, when cocktails are $NT $350 each.
