“Waking up" simply means coming out of sleep or becoming conscious.
"Getting out of bed” means to leave your bed but leaves open the possibility that you will return.
“Getting up” means to leave your bed to begin your day
The difference between “getting out of bed” and “getting up” is very subtle and usually the two can be synonyms.
“Standing up” is not related to sleep and just means the opposite of sitting down.

Last night I could not sleep.
I woke up many times in the night.
Sometimes I got out of bed to get a book to read.
While I was reading, I fell asleep but immediately after I woke up again.
Finally, I decided to get up and go downstairs to watch TV.
After watching TV for a while, I stood up and walked to the kitchen to get some coffee.

No, I didn’t stand up. I woke up many times last night.

Did I decide to wake up and go downstairs to watch TV?
No, I didn’t decide to wake up. I decided to get up. I decided to get out of bed and watch TV.

What did I do first, wake up, get up or stand up?
First I woke up and then I got up to watch some TV. While watching TV, I stood up to go to the kitchen.
