What’s wrong with my phone it’s only doing it to hellotalk and

I get the group chats text but I don’t get private text unless I’m here on this app
So I might leave all group chats and will join back

That’s just normal there isn’t anything wrong, this happens to me as well. It just means you would have to not be part of very active group chats in order to receive pm’s from others :)
