This is the strongest 💪 meal in my country.
As simple as it looks, one can go for three days without eating anything as a result of being stuffed. 😂
But a Lion like me takes it every day without even gaining weight.

The white thing is Nshima (made of corn 🌽 Maize) Featuring Fish 🐠 (buga fish) Vegetables (rep) and soup 🍲

    @Lavender you thought it was Rice 🍚😅 It isn't. The final colour of maize 🌽 production depends on the type of maize (white or yellow) and the purification. 100% purified maize is likely to be white. Unless if it's just Yellow Maize.

    Although no longer a consumer of Nshima, i would discourage from consuming it if the maize is GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms).

    @金四皓 The food industry is an area of great concern especially that there are people in the higher ranks (i.e The Rockefeller Foundation) whose main aim is 'depopulation'. Food toxicity (additives and preservatives such as sulpher dioxide, Vinegar etc) and nutrient deficiency (refined foods e.g white bread, white sugar and white rice) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
