Lately I've been having steak and spaghetti every night for dinner
and I probably won't be getting tired of it anytime soon.The spaghetti is green spaghetti, made from kale, spinach and other greens. Unfortunately I didn't make it from scratch but that's my next mission.
The steak is marinated in vinegar, lemon, lime, cilantro, parsley, olive oil, pink salt and black pepper. I let it marinate for about a day, to let the seasoning and juices soak in. The whole settling of the flavors is up for debate as some will say it's not necessary. Either way, I like to do this.
I cook the steak with butter🧈. My preference.
I'm bulking up, on my journey to put on muscle and weight for my strongman exercises. I want to get back into strongman and maybe even compete. So you have to eat big to get big. Even though this is not that big..... The journey begins.....
