I have another bit of English slang for you today
! The phrase is “for real” this means speaking, truthfully, or honestly. Also used as a confirmation of your agreement with someone’s statement
John: Sarah this workload the boss wants us to do is insane!
Sarah: for real, we will never finish in time!
Please note this is SLANG and shouldn’t be used on a formal setting. You may also hear it pronounced “fer-real” instead of “for real“ can you hear the difference?
