Food. Most essential to our body
is food. Our body is continually wasting and requires to be repaired by fresh substance daily.
We need food and water to survive everyday. But try to stay moderate in eating.
Every person should eat a variety of food - from dairy, meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, fats and sugar, greens and grains.
Dairy products provide us with calcium, meat provide our body with protein and iron. Eating fruit and vegetables help to keep us healthy because they can provide many vitamins, minerals and nutrition.
Fats and sugar should be consumed in moderation. Too much of either can pose different health risks, like diabetes and heart diseases.
Therefore in conclusion, balance is important. As too much or too little of something, can never be good for us.
