From today I started using stronger resistance
1時間以内に10キロまでの近くてなったのに、出来なかった>_<
In one hour I came close to reaching 10 kilometers, but didn’t make it
今度もっと頑張れなきゃ
Next time I should try harder
ちなみに、今日はタオルが持って行くのを忘れちゃったので、シャワーを浴びた後に紙のタオルを使ってなった🤣
By the way, today I forgot to bring a towel, so I ended up using a paper towel after taking a shower lol
