As a special snack for everyone last night I made chocolate chip

cookies. These are special because I make them like muffins, and while they are warm you eat them with ice cream on top.

The cookies were made with extra milk chocolate, caramel chips, salted caramel, coconut and a splash of vanilla. They smell as good as they taste.
