Making some coconut mug☕ bread for breakfast🍞
My healthy alternative
to using flour Toasted and topped with almond butter🥰
Also a great bread to use for an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich
2 tablespoons coconut🥥 flour
1 tablespoon butter🧈
1 large egg🥚
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 🥄
1 tablespoon whipping cream 🐄
2 tablespoons water💦
1. Melt the butter in a tall coffee cup. 30 seconds in the microwave will do.
2. Then add all the remaining ingredients together and stir well. Try to flatten the mixture in the cup.
3. Cook 2 minutes in the microwave.
4. Let sit 2 minutes before slicing up the bread
5. Brown up the top and bottom in the toaster oven or frying pan.
6. Add your favourite topping🥜🌰🧀🥓🍫🧈🍻🍳
