I’ve been thinking of how to describe the texture of tapioca in English. Chewy, gooey and wobbly? Does that make sense? Could you tell me how you would describe the texture in english?

Few of my friends think its bubble brown sugar milk is number 1 in Taiwan because they burn the brown sugar on the top of the milk to make more rich flavors. I buy it often in my city. Haha. But I would say there are many similar products here. Some famous brands here are great too.

@Teacher Kevin Yes, it's very delicious. I had been thinking about it every day and trying to get one cup since my first sip. I spent 30 minutes to ride my scooter for buying it twice a week. Haha. Thank God. There are more branches in my city now. Now I buy it few times in a quarter. Otherwise I will get fat.
