今朝もまたパンを作って、昨日より良い色と形になるように気をつけた
This morning I made more bread
, and was careful to try for a better color and shape compared to yesterday. レシピ、作り方、とオーブンのなか気温を焼成して、もっと出来たかった形になったそう
I adjusted the recipe, the method, and the temperature in the oven, and it seems to have come closer to what I intended.
これからパンの中の組織も好きな形になるように勉強するつもり
Now I intend to work on improving the structure inside the bread.
ちなみに、私の家族はもう全てクランベリーと胡桃パンを食べちゃったので、結局またそれも作った😂
By the way, my family also ate all the cranberry and walnut bread, so in the end I ended up making it again as well. Lol
