Classic Ice Cream
Milk, cream, sugar and

Sorbet
Also known as Italian ice or water ice, sorbet is generally frozen sugar syrup with fruits offering a variety of flavors. Although fat-free, it is much higher in sugar content 🍧
Non-Dairy Ice Cream
Similar process to Classic Regular Ice Cream, a healthier alternative replacing full cream milk with alternatives (eg. Soy, almond, cashew, coconut milk etc 🥜
Frozen Scroll Ice Cream
Milk, cream and sugar mixed with other flavorings on a cold ice pan, the trend started during 2009 in Thailand and became increasingly popular in social media by 2012 ✨
Cobbler
Fruit (eg. Peaches) covered in pastry or biscuit batter and caked in a deep dish, topped with ice cream. Interestingly, the cobbler dessert dates all the way back to the British American Colony (1607-1707) 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Frozen Cheesecake
Cheese cake but kept in the fridge, can be eaten in bite sizes as a small treat 🍰
Nutella Pizza
Aka Chocolate pizza, can also be made with crepes too. Although there is no inventor of it, we can only thank Reffaele Esposito (Inventor of Pizza) and Pietro Ferrero (Inventor of Nutella) for the two creations 🍕🍫
