It’s probably the biggest dilemma I’ve ever faced in my life.”

@Bluvino 因为目前在外的未检查出的感染源，都是在封锁前第二次或者第三次间接感染上，差不多8号的时候会过他们的潜伏期。所以8号以后，会渐渐减轻。

To me, it would be a good idea to fly home. For one thing, it's safer in England than staying here in China at the moment. For another, the whole country is under level one precaution and this doesn't seem to be cleared soon, which means that perhaps you would have to enjoy your alone time indoors over the next month or so. Also it'll be good for your recovery, and with family and friends around, I'm sure you'll find this time a lot easier to pass. Finally, prevention and control have been carried out at all airports, and all individuals' body temperature will be monitored there. If you don't have a temperature right now and wear a mask when u go out, you're unlikely to carry a virus or be infected with. I think you would probably be checked and tracked down in the other end at Heathrow too just because the flight is coming from China. For your peace of mind, get health check done after you arrived home.

If you don't leave, you won't find a direct flight then. Besides, the ticket is cheap now so it's good to go back and see your family. Just remember to isolate yourself for 2 weeks when you get back.
