    Oh wow! This is a major job. Refurbishments can empty the bank if one is not careful. But once it’s all done, you get to enjoy it for a while longer. Beautiful house. 🥰 Aw, Gary. It’ll all be done soon. :)

    @.. Thanks, Ike Yea, we’re having a new roof installed, a one day project. Two years ago, our siding was replaced, almost one month project and very loud from hammering. 🥺 I gave Gary extra attention. 😊

    @Naomi I don’t know the age of my house, perhaps between 35-40 years old. We replaced the siding about two and half years ago, it was our most expensive home repair. My husband feels relaxed with a new roof. 👍😄
