Here are some bird photos I took at work today. Many of you know
that I work as a biologist and count migrating birds of prey. Today I counted over 2,000 raptors including over 1,500 broad-winged hawks! The birds in the photos are: Northern Harrier, Mallard, Caspian Tern, Red-breasted Merganser, Double-crested Cormorant, Hermit Thrush, Purple Martin, Broad-winged Hawk, Cooper’s Hawk. Braddock Bay Hawk Watch, Rochester, New York, USA.Which is your favorite?
