I had a really restless night last night. I kept tossing andturning for hours. I finally lost consciousness at 4am. I don’t suffer from insomnia and I am not a coffee or soda drinker either. So, I really don’t know why I couldn’t fall asleep last night. Sleep is very important and affects things like our appetite, blood pressure, immune system, and cardiovascular health. I think I need to break my bad habit of napping during the day. That might be why I have trouble falling asleep at night sometimes.
